Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wobbo. We strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers.

Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping speeds to meet your needs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Wobbo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at contact.wobbo@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

Returns We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exclusions Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards (Final Sale)

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 7-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days for any reason and without justification. The item must remain in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
